This calculator does two jobs. Before you bet, it counts how many bets are in a perm (a 4-fold from 6 selections is 15 bets, a Yankee is always 11) and adds up the total cost at your stake. After the results are in, it works out exactly what a bet paid, including each-way place terms, Rule 4 deductions, dead heats and the Lucky 15/31/63 bonus.

The Cost tab answers "how much does this bet cost": set the number of selections, tick the fold sizes you want (or pick a named bet like Yankee or Lucky 15), type a stake, and the total appears straight away.
The Returns tab answers "what did this bet pay": mark each selection Won, Lost or a non-runner, type the odds, and the breakdown shows every bet in the perm with its own return, plus the total and profit.

Built for a phone, not a desk
Most bet calculators are a desktop form buried in a page of adverts and articles. This one is one screen, made for a phone in the bookies or on the sofa. Why use this instead of a bookmaker's calculator?

Is this free, and does it place bets?
